Cozy, modern apartment in Kungsholmen available from January (flexible) until at least early March/April, possibly longer. Im renting out my bright, fully furnished home while living in another city. Perfect for someone who needs a calm, central place to live and work. About the apartment: Combined living/bedroom with double bed, TV and workspace Fully equipped kitchen Fresh bathroom Access to small patio High-speed internet and all utilities included Fully furnished (negotiable) Location: Fantastic spot on Kungsholmen 15 min to T-Centralen, close to Fridhemsplan/Kungsholmstorg, water paths, parks, restaurants, cafés and grocery stores. Requirements: Stable income No smoking / no pets Simple digital contract Credit check/reference Best for one person Viewings: Flexible in person or via video. I usually rent via Airbnb (Superhost), but Im now looking for a reliable tenant for a short-term stay from January until at least early March/April, with the possibility to extend. Flexibility is important on both sides. Wont reply on long term requests Im not in a RUSH to rent it out, will carefully await for a good application that feels correct
