At Campus Stella, we offer bright and modern rooms in corridor-style accommodation where you share a kitchen, living room and bathroom with other students. The large windows provide plenty of natural light, and the accommodation is furnished in light and neutral tones. Good to know: The accommodation and room are furnished according to the inventory list. The kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge and freezer, oven and induction hob. Heating, internet, and hot and cold water consumption are included in the rent. A fixed electricity charge of SEK 205/month applies. This charge is already included in the rent displayed in the listing. We follow the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Plannings regulations regarding overcrowding. The rent is based on the 2026 rental level and will be adjusted for 2027 once the rent negotiations have been concluded. The images are for illustrative purposes, and variations may occur.
