Furnished 5-room apartment for rent in Västertorp Were renting out our cozy five-room apartment in Västertorp while we go away on a longer trip. Its located in a peaceful villa area on a quiet street with no through traffic, and theres a green allmänning just behind the garden. The subway station Hägerstensåsen is about a six-minute walk away and the subway takes you in 15 minutes to the central station. The apartment has five rooms in total, including three bedrooms, and a new kitchen from 2025. The kitchen and living room are connected in an open space. Theres also a large terrace and access to a shared garden with a sandbox and swing (in case you have kids :) ) The apartment also includes: - Your own parking space right outside the door - A washing machine in the bathroom & access to larger washing machines and a dryer in the shared basement - Water, heating, internet is included - electricity paid separately based on usage We are renting out the apartment fully furnished with the possibility for some adjustments - e.g. we have kids beds/chairs etc. which we are also happy to remove if not needed.
