Bright apartment in an up and coming neighborhood in central Sollentuna. The apartment complex was newly built in 2013 and is located in a modern neighborhood, with a close access to the pendeltåg with around 13 minutes to Sollentuna and 40 to Uppsala. The apartment is 40m2 open plan and will be rented funished. It features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bedroom space with a double bed, with a screen wall separating the space from the living area. The main living space has a dining space, sofa and a tv that can be angled towards the open kitchen space as well. The bathroom is large and has a washer and dryer. The main storage space is a the walk in closet next to the bedroom area and a cleaning closet. I am looking to rent out the space for around 1 year from September of 2026 for work purposes.
